Project Overview

Capsule Gym was developed to provide an all-in-one assistant for fitness enthusiasts. The system combines gym analytics (BMI tracking, workout logging) with modern convenience features, including an AI chatbot that drafts customized fitness and nutritional regimes based on user biometrics. Built using Next.js and Tailwind CSS, the platform delivers fluid animations, interactive dashboards, and complete mobile responsiveness. The backend uses Node.js/Express with MongoDB to log workouts and feed data into the AI module.
